Relation In Pursuance Of Books Cinderella Screwed Me Over
Darby Quinn has a bone to pick with Cinderella. Burned one too many times by ex-boyfriends, Darby has lost all belief in the happily-ever-after that the fairy-tale princess promised her. She's sworn off love, Prince Charmings, and happy endings and she's happy about it. Really. Or at least she was…until she met Jake, her gorgeous neighbor and the manager of her favorite restaurant. But Darby has rules about dating, ones she's culled from her years spent with so-called “princes,” and starting something with Jake would break all of them.Charming, fun, and unwilling to give up on her, Jake doesn’t fit any of the profiles Darby has created from her case studies of ex-princes-gone-bad. Finally presented with her own Prince Charming, can Darby take a chance on a happily-ever-after?
Full of wit and sarcastic humor, Cinderella Screwed Me Over proves that sometimes the perfect love, like a perfect pair of shoes, is just within your grasp.

Fairy tale schmary tale... Until... A little bibbidy bobbidy boo comes into play. What a great title to represent a great book. The story is just as fun as the cover! The main character, Darby, analyzed her past relationships into fairytale prince boyfriends gone wrong, and into case studies that set forth a string of rules of why not to fall in love.Know that ole saying step on a crack you'll break your momma's back? Well how about this? Stuck in a crack, you are bringing love back! At 30,4.5Sometimes a sweet, fun romance story is needed. Cinderella Screwed Me Over definitely fits that description.Darby used to be a hopeless romantic. Always envisioning "the one". After watching her parents go through a divorce when she was younger as well as many failed relationships over the years, Darby has given up the "happily ever after" and decided to avoid serious relationships. To help her keep on track with this she's categorized her past relationships into case studies using the
Full review on The Bookshelf IntruderCinderella Screwed Me Over. The title itself tells you what the central theme of this book is. If you are the type who loves fairy tales and is eternally looking for Prince Charming, you may want to think twice about reading this book.I love Darby Quinn. Shes smart, funny, tough, and has a pretty unique name. And shes kind even though she has every reason to hate the world. When I read her stance on relationships, I kind of saw it as something too cynical,

Cinderella Screwed Me Over is one of those books that is pure entertainment. If I had to sum it up, I'd say that it's humor at its best, like a Disney story for all of us grownup girls who still love fairy tales, whether you believe in them or not. Darby Quinn was one of those girls who believed in and hoped for the fairy tale, until she got burned one time too many. "Cinderella screwed me over. And really, she doesn't deserve all the blame. Jasmine, Ariel, Belle, Sleeping Beauty - whatever her
I went into this book looking for something lighthearted and sweet, and that's exactly what I got. Upon reading the first few chapters there were numerous times I actually laughed out loud, a rare occurrence. This humour continued throughout the book, which I really appreciated. I also loved how swoony and romantic this book was while still being clean. I mean, I wouldn't have protested at more make out scenes, but I really do love clean romances because you get so much more of a focus on the
Cinderella screwed me over. Literally. What caught my attention was the title, actually. And I started reading and push through without expectations or inkling to what this story is all about. From the first word to the last, I actually got hooked. So basically, Darby relates the fairy tales we've all watched since we were kids and those romantic comedies and romance movies to the real life relationships that we have into what she called case studies.Because of failed relationships, she swore off
5 stars. This review can also be found on Steamy Guys After Dark .I. Loved. This. Book.I had almost forgotten how much I love Cindi Madsen's style--great descriptions and dialogue with realistic storylines and couples that you actually want to succeed. She outdid herself this time, giving us a strong, swoon-worthy guy and a smart, snarky girl that I felt like I could actually be friends with, all wrapped up with some of my favorite Disney Princesses. ♥After having a series of failed
