Column Based On Books Eternity of Vengeance (Heku #7)

This book, at first, felt like it was a repeat of all the others. The same characters and pretty much with the same plots. Emily repeatedly gets captured and beaten up, which seems to happen over and over again. At some point while reading this I thought I was finally getting tired of the series, but then, something big happens (can't say what...don't want to spoil it for others)and for the first time while reading this entire series, I cried. Couldn't stop crying seemed like for 3 chapters.

This has been the saddest book of the series so far. Yet in its own way just as good as the others.

The book started out good, with the constant suspense of what was slowly killing Emily. I liked that Frederick was the one getting back at her for holding him captive, and I also liked the fact that she was dead (for a short time). However, I always find myself getting annoyed almost at her recovering from Salazar's captivity. Every time she was captured and tortured before she was fine-ish, but this time she was totally ruined. But I guess it's a good thing to be annoyed by it, because it's

Beat book yet in the series.

I have to agree with some about the change of character. Doesn't seem to be the same character I've been reading about in the last 6 books. Being known as a head-strong, tough character, I was a bit surprised on the turnabout on this book. But nonetheless, T.M. Nielsen still delivered exciting adventures. Now on to book 8!!



Excellent story line totally engrosed from start to finish.... I love this series and I have read the whole thing at least a dozen time's... I always fall back on it when I run out of things to read......LOVE IT. LOVE IT. LOVE IT.
